烧焦罐式再生器改造方案探析

摘    要:提出了烧焦罐式再生器的三种改造方案,即(烧焦罐 床层)高效再生,后置烧焦罐式两段再生,高速床两段串联再生。(烧焦罐 床层)高效再生烧焦效果好,无尾燃现象,耗风指标低,斜管推动力大,操作上与烧焦罐式高效再生相似;后置烧焦罐式两段再生改造施工周期短,投资较高;高速床两段串联再生改动工作量小,操作费用较高。

Abstract:Three schemes of coke burning drum regenerator revamping have been proposed, i.e. high efficiency regenerator (coke burning drum plus bed), post teaior coke burning two stage regenerator and high velocity bed regenerator with two stages in series. High efficiency regenerator (coke burning drum plus bed) is characterized by better coke burning effect, lower air consumption, stronger drive force of stand pipe and without after burning. Its operation is much similar to high efficient coke burning drum regenerator. Post teaior coke burning two stage regenerator requires a short construction period of revamping but a high investment. For high velocity bed regenerator with two stages in series, there isn't much work for revamping but the operation cost is higher.
