Research progress on rapid detection technology of pathogenic microorganism in foods

Conventional method are time-consuming,low sensitivity and hyposensitivity in food pathogenic microorganism detection,with the rapid development of society and food production in the world,study and the establishment of food pathogenic microorganism rapid detection technology is increasingly paid attention to by various countries.In this article,the basic principle of immunology technology,molecular miology technology,metabology technology,instrumental analysis technology,biosensorte technology were introduced,and the progress of these detection technologies on food pathogenic microorganism were reviewed.
