| 摘 要： | 通过对捷变频信号源校准工作现状的分析,提出了1套基于Labwindows/CVI的通用捷变频信号源校准系统设计方案,确定了测试仪器的组成与选型,搭建了校准系统硬件平台,设计了系统测试软件.该系统利用现有测试仪器资源,运用虚拟仪器技术对测试资源进行统一调配,达到了捷变频信号源指标测试要求,增强了系统自动化程度和操作简易性...
