盾构在水平冻结加固区小半径曲线始发技术

摘    要:无锡地铁1号线江海路站—火车站区间盾构始发处在半径360 m曲线上,且始发端头上部有河道、桥梁及多条大直径市政管线,盾构始发处在多个风险高度集中地段,风险和施工难度极大。为保证盾构顺利始发,并确保上部河流、桥梁和管线的安全,采用初始段的割线始发技术,避免小半径曲线纠偏造成的超挖;采用水平冻结加固技术并通过采取蒸汽解冻配合割线始发的综合技术通过冻结加固区,保证了盾构的安全顺利始发。

Abstract:The shield launching section of Jianghai Road StationRailway Station section on No. 1 line of Wuxi Metro is on a curve with 360 m radius. There are rivers, bridges and largediameter municipal pipelines above the shield launch ing head. There are many risks and great construction difficulties. Secant launching technology at primary section is a dopted, so as to guarantee the successful launching and the safety of the river, bridges and pipelines, and to avoid over break. Horizontal freezing technology and consolidated section passing through technology by means of steam thawing combined with secant launching technology are used.
