摘    要:漏磁无损检测普遍用于铁磁材料的无损检测中,是近年来输油管道检测中常用的一种有效方法。研究了输油管道检测中漏磁信号的去噪问题,由于漏磁信号被多种噪声源所污染,极大地降低了漏磁信号中缺陷信号的可检测性。通过利用小波系数去噪, 提出一种去除漏磁信号中系统噪声的新方法。实验结果说明:该方法的去噪效果优于传统的小波去噪方法。

Abstract:Magnetic flux leakage (MFL) nondestructive evaluation commonly used in the nondestructive evaluation of ferromagnetic material is an efficient method in inspection of oil pipelines in recent years.The problem of noise cancellation for the magnetic flux leakage signal obtained from the inspection of oil pipelines is considered.MFL signal is contaminated by various sources of noise,and the detectability of flaw signals in MFL signal can be considerably reduced.A new de-noising approach is proposed for removing the system noise contained in the MFL signal by using the coefficients de-noising with wavelet transform.Experiment results demonstrate the advantages of this de-noising approach over the conventional wavelet de-noising method.
