| 摘 要： | 对矩阵方程AXB CXD=E的求解方法进行了研究，得到了解存在且唯一的一些充分性条件，推广了本文作者在“一类矩阵方程的简便解法”一文中的结果，并在一种特殊情况下推广了线性代数中的克莱姆法则。
