玻纤增强PTT复合材料流变性能研究

摘    要:通过熔融共混挤出制备加入不同玻纤(GF)和硅烷偶联剂的玻纤增强聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)复合材料,并用扫描电镜(SEM)观察玻纤与PTT树脂基体的界面黏结形态,用毛细管流变仪研究了不同温度条件下玻纤增强PTT复合材料熔体的流变性能,得到了熔体流变性能关系曲线。实验结果表明:复合材料的流变行为符合假塑性流体的流动规律。随着玻纤的增加,复合材料的黏度增大、非牛顿指数变小、黏流活化能变大;偶联剂的加入,使熔体黏度变大、非牛顿指数变小、黏流活化能变小。

Abstract:Composites of glass fiber reinforced PTT with various amount of glass fiber and silane coupling agent were prepared by melt blending.The interfacial action of PTT/glass fiber blends was analyzed by means of SEM,and the theological behaviours of the composite were studied by means of capillary rheometer,resulted in rheological curves of the melt.The results showed the composite followed the flowing behaviour of preudo-plastic flu- id.With the increase of the content of glass fiber,the apparent viscosities of the composite increased,the non-ew- tonian index decreased and the viscosity flow activation energy increased;with the addition of silane coupling agent, the apparent viscosities of the composite increased,the non-Newtonian index decreased and the viscosity flow acti- vation energy decreased.
