摘    要:采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了聚丙烯腈(PAN)基原丝及其碳纤维的缺陷和表面沟槽等形态结构,并分析了表面处理后碳纤维与树脂基体的结合状态.结果显示:SEM可以直观地观察到PAN原丝及其碳纤维的表面及内部缺陷,这些缺陷主要遗传自原丝;经表面处理后,碳纤维与树脂基体间结合程度和强度显著提高.

Abstract:In this paper,scanning electron microscope(SEM) was employed to characterize the morphological structure of PAN precursor and PAN-based carbon fibers and to analyze the interfacial ability between carbon fibers and resin matrix.Results showed that the flaws on the surface or in the interior of carbon fibers were directly observed through SEM,and they were mainly inherited from PAN precursors.The interfacial strength of carbon fiber reinforced composites was increased significantly after surface treatment.
