基于BP神经网络的绿色建筑评价

摘    要:绿色建筑是指在建筑的全寿命周期内,最大限度地节约资源,保护环境和减少污染,为人们提供健康、适用和高效的使用空间,与自然和谐共生。根据绿色建筑的特点,确立绿色建筑评价指标体系,并运用管理理论中的层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价方法(Fuzzy),提出了人工神经网络(ANN)评价模型。评估结果表明,该评价体系用于绿色建筑等级综合评价是快速、有效的。

Abstract:According to the characteristic features of the socalled "green building",this paper takes it as its mission to introduce its idea and model of green building assessment,in which we have given its definition and main factors and indexes for such assessment.First of all,it is necessary to define the idea of "green building".By "green building" we mean the construction which practices the principle of saving energy resources,protecting environment and reducing pollution to the maximum limit,and in turn providing its users with healthy service,and efficient use of the space,and the natural harmonious paragenesis for its entire life cycle.To our knowledge,it is possible for the AHP(analytical hierarchical process) method to be used to demonstrate the relative importance of the assessment index combined with the membership degree of each assessment index by means of the fuzzy membership degree function. At the same time,we have put forward an artificial neural network(ANN) assessment model to make comprehensive assessment of such buildings via analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive assessment method(Fuzzy),in addition to training and testing of the BP model as well as MATLAB software.Then,a corresponding green building assessment model has been well improved with regard to the constraint condition of data and the advantages of factor system restructuring analysis in addition to the principal componential analysis in data processing.Last of all,we have chosen some Fujian civil residential buildings as our case study for the assessment.The application of AHP and ANN proves that our model is practicable and feasible.
