无GGH湿法脱硫新建单筒烟囱防腐蚀设计探讨

摘    要:目前无GGH湿法脱硫工艺在火力发电厂中获得广泛应用,该工艺带来的最大问题就是烟囱将运行于强腐蚀环境及多变的运行工况。目前国内新建湿法脱硫烟囱大多采用套筒式或多管式,对内筒采用防腐措施。针对无GGH湿法脱硫新建单筒烟囱,本文提出一种具有可靠性、经济性和可行性的新防腐方案,对研究新建工程湿法脱硫单筒烟囱防腐设计有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Recently,the wet flue gas desulfurization(FGD)without GGH has been widely applied at thermal power plants.The biggest problem coursed by the technics is that the stack will be run at a strong corrosion condition and be faced to variable operation conditions.At present,the stacks of sleeve type or stacks of multi-tube are mostly adopted for domestic newly-built wet FGD stack,and anticorrosion measures have been adopted at the inner-tube.Regarding wet FGD without GGH single-cylinder stack,a new corrosion method is put forward in the paper,which is with characteristics of reliability,economy and feasibility.There are some reference values for research of anticorrosion design of new-built wet desulfurization single-cylinder stack.
