| 摘 要： | 依据《分光光度计检定规程》结合实验室条件和具体仪器特点，笔者在参阅资料和文献的基础上，对不同厂家不同型号的分光光度计进行期间核查，方法可靠实用，简单易行，维持了检测结果的町信度。

| Abstract: | Rests on "Spectrophotometer Examination Regulations" to unify the laboratory condition and the concrete instrument characteristic,the author in the reference material and in the literature foundation,carries on the period investigation reliably to the different factory different model spectrophotometer,the method practical,easy and feasible,has maintained the examination result confidence level. |
