催化裂化C4烃分离化工应用进展及开发设想

摘    要:催化裂化C4极具潜在的化工利用价值,将C4烃中主要组分进行分离、精制,用做各种化工产品原料的分离化工利用,是一个重要的利用途径。文章归纳总结了国内外催化裂化C4烃分离化工利用的技术进展,包括正丁烷、异丁烷、正丁烯、异丁烯、丁二烯化工单体的应用技术。针对中国催化裂化C4烃分离化工利用现状,对今后的发展做出一些设想。

Abstract:FCC C4 is regarded as very potential and valuable in chemical industry. One of important utilizations is the separattion and refinement of FCC hydrocarbons for chemical raw material. The paper summaried the chemical utilizations of separated FCC C4 hydrocarbons of domestic and foreign, including the application of chemical monomers such as n-butane, i-butane, n-butylene, isobutene and butadiene. Based on status of application in china, some viewpoints had been raised to indicate future development direction of FCC C4 technology.
