摘 要: | 目的]观察眼针疗法对急性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型大鼠脑组织肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)表达的影响,探讨眼针疗法治疗急性脑缺血再灌注损伤性疾病的作用机制。方法]应用线栓法复制脑缺血再灌注大鼠模型,采用眼针治疗,于再灌注后24h进行神经功能缺损评分,采用免疫组化、Western blot方法测定脑组织TNF-α蛋白表达的变化。结果]与模型组比较,眼针组大鼠神经功能缺损评分明显下降,脑组织TNF-α蛋白表达明显下调(P<0.01)。结论]眼针疗法具有明显的改善大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用,其机制与下调脑组织TNF-α表达有关。

Abstract: | Objective]To observe the eye-acupuncture therapy on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rat brain tumor necrosis factor-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α) expression,of eye-acupuncture therapy in acute cerebral ischemia disease mechanism of action.Method]Application copy suture method in rats model of cerebral ischemia,the use of eye-acupuncture treatment,24h after reperfusion,neurological deficit score,by immunohistochemistry,Western blot method for determination of brain TNF-α protein expression.Results]Compared with model group,eye acupuncture group significantly decreased neurological deficit scores and brain TNF-α protein expression was significantly decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion]The eye-acupuncture therapy has significantly improved cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury,brain tissue down its mechanism of TNF-α expression. |
