摘    要:酸岩反应动力学实验是研究酸岩反应机理和进行酸化设计的必要手段,酸岩反应动力学参数其值的准确程度,直接影响着酸压施工设计计算和酸压效果分析的精度。本文利用旋转岩盘测试了马五储层碳酸盐岩与酸液的反应速率,以实验数据为基础,分析了影响酸岩反应速率的主要因素:岩石类型、酸液类型(粘度)、酸液浓度、转速、温度,得出主次关系为岩石类型>粘度>浓度>转速>温度。与此同时还考虑了同离子效应对酸岩反应速率的影响,为更加准确的设计和评价酸压施工效果提供了依据。

Abstract:The reaction kinetics of acid rock experiment is a necessary means to study acid-rock reaction mechanism and design acid fracturing treatment .Accurately the extent of the acid rock kinetic parameters directly affects the accuracy of the construction design calculation of acid fracturing and analysis of acid fracturing .In this paper,use rotating disk reactor test the acid-reaction rate in cabornate reservoir of Majiagou5 Fm. . Based on experimental data, Analysis of the main factors that affect the reaction rate of acid rock: rock type, acid type (viscosity), acid concentration, rotate speed, temperature, Draw primary and secondary relationship for rock type viscosity> acid concentration> rotate speed> temperature. At the same time also takes into account the impact of coionic effect on the reaction rate of acid rock, and provides a basis for more accurate design and evaluation of acid fracturing construction effects.
