早期康复训练对急性脑卒中患者预后的影响

目的 探讨急性脑卒中患者早期康复训练的临床意义。方法 选择脑卒中患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字法将患者分为干预组和对照组各40例。对照组采用常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上加用阶段性康复训练,采用Barthel指数和Fugl-Meyer对两组的预后进行评价。结果 组内比较,出院时Barthel指数和Fugl-Meyer积分显著高于入院时,出院后6个月Barthel指数和Fugl-Meyer积分显著高于出院时（P〈0.01）。出院时和出院后6个月干预组Barthel指数和Fugl-Meyer积分均显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论 早期康复训练能够改善患者预后,值得临床推广。

Effect of early rehabilitation training on prognosis of patients with acute stroke

Objective To discuss effect of early rehabilitation training on prognosis of stroke. Methods Eighty cases with stroke were divided into intervention group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases） by random number method. Control group received normal care, intervention group added the stage of rehabilitation training based on normal care. All cases were surveyed by Barthel and Fugl-Meyer. Results Barthel score and Fugl-Meyer score on discharge were higher than those on admission, and 6 months after discharge were higher than those on admission （P〈0.01）. Barthel score and Fugl-Meyer score of intervention group on discharge and 6 months after discharge were higher than those of control gorup （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation training for stroke can improve prognosis, Worthy of clinical application.
