电解低钛铝合金微观组织细化及在铸造铝硅合金制备中的应用

摘    要:通过与AlTi和AlTiB细化剂对纯铝的品粒细化效果进行比较,研究电解加钛的晶拉细化作用,并利用工业铝电解槽生产的电解低钛铝合金熔体直接生产A356合金。结果表明,电解加钛对纯铝具有良好的晶拉细化作用。细化效果与AlTiB中间合金相当,在试验钛古量范围内。电解加钛的晶粒细化效果明显优于AlTi中间合金。用电解低钛铝合金制备的A356合金,在不进行细化处理的情况下.性能与以纯铝并用AlTi或AlTiB中间合金细化处理传统工艺制备的A356合金相当。

Abstract:The effect of titanium added in aluminum electrolysis process on the grain refinement is investigated by comparison of the refinement results with the situation of AtTi and AlTiB master adoption. And the A356 alloy is prepared by using low content titanium aluminum alloy from commercial reduction cell. The results show that the titanium added by electrolysis has very obvious grain refinement action and its refining ability is the same as the AlTiB master and better than AlTi master in the test range of Ti content. The performance of A356 alloy made from electrolysis low content titanium aluminum alloy are well-matched with that made from pure aluminum and refined by AlTi or AITiB master alloy,
