尿微量蛋白在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的应用

目的分析尿微量蛋白在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的意义。方法采用免疫比浊法检测160例糖尿病患者,50例健康对照者尿中微量清蛋白、α1-微球蛋白、β2-微球蛋白及免疫球蛋白G含量。结果糖尿病患者微量清蛋白、α1-微球蛋白、β2-微球蛋白及免疫球蛋白G含量较健康对照组高(P<0.01)。其中单项检测或任意2项指标诊断肾脏损伤阳性率较低,采用4项指标联合检测阳性率可达92%。结论多项指标联合检测对糖尿病肾病的早期诊断有一定价值。

The clinical apply of urine microproteins in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy

Objective To analyze the significance of urine microproteins detection in early diagnosis of renal damage among diabetic patients.Methods Immunoturbidimetry was employed to analyze the levels of urine microalbumin,α1-MG,β2-MG and IgG from 160 patients with diabetic and 50 health controls.Results Compared to control group,the levels of microalbumin,α1-MG,β2-MG and IgG in diabetic patients were significantly higher（P0.01）,Among these items,the positive rate of any single or both detection was much lower than combining detection of all these four items（up to 92%）.Conclusion Combining several index can help early diagnosis on diabetic nephropathy.
