超高压法提取藜麦皂苷的工艺研究

摘    要:为寻找一种简单有效的提取藜麦皂苷的方法,本实验采用超高压提取技术对藜麦种皮中的皂苷进行提取,利用香草醛-高氯酸比色法对皂苷浓度进行测定,以提取时间、提取压力、乙醇体积分数、料液比为主要因素,通过Box-Behnken响应面实验对提取工艺进行优化,得到最佳工艺条件为:提取时间8.27 min,提取压力294 MPa,乙醇体积分数62%,料液比1∶162,在此条件下藜麦皂苷含量为(78.12±1.03) mg/g。说明超高压提取技术具有提取时间短,操作简单,提取率高等优点,是提取藜麦皂苷的一种简单有效的方法。

Study on Ultrahigh Pressure Extraction Technology of Saponins from Quinoa husk
Abstract:The purpose of this experiment was to discover a simple and effective method to extract the saponins from quinoa husk. A new extraction process, named ultrahigh pressure extraction technology, was used to extract saponins from quinoa husk, the yield of saponin was determined by vanillin - perchloric acid and the extraction process was optimized by response surface method based on the single factors included extracting time, extracting pressure, ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio. The results indicated that 8.27 min, 294 MPa, 62%, and 1:162 were the optimum extraction parameters for extracting time, extracting pressure, ethanol concentration and solid-liquid ratio, respectively.Under this condition, the content of saponin was up to 78.12 mg/g. Ultrahigh pressure extraction technology has the advantage of short time extraction, simple operation and high yield, which is a optimal extraction method for the extraction of saponins from quinoa husk.
