| Abstract: | With aim at the dangerous factors existing in petrochemical units, safety design methods and measures are introduced in detail in regard of process route selection and engineering design including the design of process system, instruments and automatic control, equipment, electricity, unit layout, pipeline, civil construction, water supply and discharge, ventilation and fire fighting,etc. Importance of the safety design is emphasized as well. |
