| 摘 要： | 本文报告Seldinger氏法血管造影40例,除2例出现过敏反应外无其他合并症发生。作者就操作技巧和注意事项进行了详细的讨论,并指出,介入性导管技术,作为腔内泌尿外科学的一个重要组成部分,在今后的临床诊断和治疗中必将发挥更大作用。

| Abstract: | Fourty cases of Seldinger's angiography were presented. Internal spermatic venography were performed in 17 cases, renal arteriography and arterioembolization in 14 cases, abdominal aortography in 4 cases, ceiliac arteriography in 2 cases, thoracic aortography, superior mesenterioarteriography and adrenal venography each in one case.All these were performed without any complication.The manipulating technique and points for attention were discussed in detail. The position of this technique in clinical diagnosis and treatment was also pointed out. |
