摘    要:阐述了分布式柔性交流输电系统(FlexibleACTransmissionSystem,简称FACTS)的概念及其分布式控制器的结构,对分布式FCATS控制器与目前集中式FACTS装置的结构与性能进行了对比。设计了基于有源可变电感的小容量分布式静止串行补偿器,验证了该补偿器的潮流控制作用。论述了实现低成本和高可靠性分布式FACTS补偿方案的可能性。

Abstract:The paper summarizes configuration and characteristics of series Flexible AC Transmission System(FACTS) devices,compared with Distributed Flexible AC Transmission System(D-FACTS),which is recently presented.An experimental system of the small capacity D-FACTS controller(DFC) based on active variable reactance is designed,verifying that designed DFC has good function of power flow control.FACTS may be replaced by a series of small capacity DFC to realize the same function.D-FACTS of low cost and high reliability is possible to manufacture,which is proven in this paper,because the small capacity DFC can be assembled by power electronics elements,which are available in a large number on the market.
