急性心肌梗死患者心率变异性及QT离散度变化分析

目的　探讨急性心肌梗死 (AMI)患者 1周内及半年后心率变异性 (HRV)及QT离散度 (QTd)的改变。方法　选择 4 0例AMI患者 1周内及半年后做 2 4小时HRV6项时域指标分析及 12导联同步QTd分析 ,并与健康对照组 (4 0例 )进行对比观察。结果　AMI1周内与半年后HRV显著降低 ,与健康对照组比较有显著意义 (P <0 0 1) ,AMI1周内QTd明显长于半年后及健康对照组 ,对比有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论　HRV及QTd检测可作为判断AMI预后的无创伤性检测手段 ,AMI1周内及半年后HRV明显低于健康对照组 ,故AMI患者半年后仍是发生心源性猝死的高危人群。

Analysis of the Changes of Acute Myocardial Infarction Patients' Heart Rate Variability and QT Interval Dispersion

Objective To study the changes of AMI patients' HRV and QTd within a week and six months later. Methods To test AMI patients' (40 cases) 24 hours HRV six indexes and QTd of 12-lead simultaneous recording of ECG within a week and six months later, and observe it compared with healthy subjects (40 cases). Results AMI patient's HRV is obviously low within a week and six months later, with significant difference than healthy subjects (P<0.01). AMI patients' QTd within a week is longer than six months later, the comparison is meaningful (P<0.01). Conclusion To detect HRV and QTd is a harmless detective way of forecasting prognosis. AMI patients' HRV within a week and six months later is lower than healthy subjects. So AMI patients six months later are still a group of high dangerous people to sudden cardiac death.
