葛根素结构改造研究进展

摘    要:葛根素具有广泛的药理作用,临床上主要用于心脑血管疾病的治疗,但是由于其较低的水溶性和脂溶性使其的应用受到了限制,因此解决溶解性成为当务之急。本文主要综述了目前葛根素结构改造的研究进展,希望能够为葛根素及其衍生物的进一步开发利用提供参考。

Abstract:Puerarin, as one of the important active components ofpueraria Iobato(Wild) Ohwi.,puerarin(4',7-dihydroxy- 8-C-/3-D-gluco-isoflavone) has broad pharmacological activities, such as vasodilating function, distinct improving brain microcirc ulation, peripheral circulation, etc. It is applied clinically for cardiovascular diseases, such as cardiac angina, miocardial infarction, blood hyperviscosity, etc. However the puerarin's clinical application had been restricted because of its bad water solubility and liposolubility. So it seemed urgent to improve its solubility and to make structural modification to puerarin to get good character derivates of puerarin. This review describes the structural modification of puerarin recently in order to provide the reference for the study on puerarin in the future.
