| 摘 要： | 基于对北京和广州体育产业集聚的案例研究,从比较优势理论和新经济地理理论视角,探讨体育产业集聚的动力及其作用机制。认为:体现在区位条件、历史条件、经济发展水平、基础设施和人力资源方面的区位优势是体育产业集聚的诱导性动力;政府支撑是主导体育产业集聚的支持性动力,主要通过产业政策、协调管理、直接投入和项目引进等为当地体育产业集聚创造环境;产业价值链是体育产业集聚的扩张性动力,主要通过拉动关联产业发展,扩大和满足市场需求,提高产业整合创新能力,促进体育产业集聚规模的不断扩大。基于此,提出我国体育产业集聚的动力机制框架。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of the theory of comparative advantage and the theory of neo-economic geography,the case study of sports industry cluster in Beijing and Guangzhou probed into the dynamic mechanism.It concludes that the geographical and historical condition,economic development levels,infrastructure and talents resources form the inductive dynamics of sports industry cluster;whereas governmental support constitutes the supportive dynamics,by means of policy,coordination management,direct investment and project introduction to create favorable environment.Finally,industry value chain is the extensive dynamics of sports industry cluster,which expands market and satisfies market needs,improve the integrative and creative ability and promote the growth of sports industry cluster scale by stimulating the development of linked industries. |
