| Abstract: | The laboratory department of general navy hospital has been conducting a serial initiative creation and attempt for the reform of teaching quality control system and inner functionary mechanism related to the actuality of laboratory department,refering to the medical laboratory accred-itation standard ISO 15189： 2003（E）],medical laboratories-particular requirements for quality and competence）.The practice provided beneficial reference for promoting the reform of teaching quality control,and helping the hospital to seek for the best managerial model that suits our situation most for laboratory department. |
