| 摘 要： | 目的观察疏肝和胃方治疗酸碱混合反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法将75例患者随机分为治疗组45例(予疏肝和胃方治疗)和对照组30例(予奥美拉唑治疗),两组疗程均为8周。结果治疗组临床症状总有效率为95.6%,胃镜下食管黏膜炎症改善总有效率为84.2%;对照组临床症状总有效率为86.7%,胃镜下食管黏膜炎症改善总有效率为80.0%。结论疏肝和胃方治疗酸碱混合反流性食管炎具有良好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of "Shugan Hewei Decoction" in the treatment of mixed reflux esophagitis.Method Seventy-five cases were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 45 cases were treated with "Shugan Hewei Decoction" and control group in which 30 cases were treated with Omeprazole,with a course of 8 weeks.Results The clinical effective rate was 95.6% in treatment group and 86.7% in control group;the gastroscopic effective rate was 84.2% in treatment group and 80.0% in control group.Conclusion It is revealed that "Shugan Hewei Decoction" has positive effects on mixed reflux esophagitis. |
