高起爆能力的新结构传爆药柱研究

摘    要:在分析炸药冲击起爆理论的基础上,设计了环形和环锥形传爆药柱装药结构。利用轴向钢凹实验方法对新结构传爆药柱与常规圆柱形传爆药柱的起爆威力进行了对比实验。研究表明:新结构传爆药柱较常规圆柱形传爆药柱的起爆威力明显提高。研究结果对于解决钝感主装药的可靠起爆问题具有现实意义。

Abstract:Based on an analysis of the shock initiation theory of explosives, the annular structure booster pellet and the annular conical structure booster pellet were designed. Experiments of the initiation capacity of the new structure and that of the conventional cylindrical structure were made through steel block method. Comparision between the axial dent depth formed on new constructure and that formed on conventional structruct indicates that the initiation capacity of the new structure is higher than that of the conventional structure. Research results are of significance to the initiation of insensitive main charges.
