七年制急诊医学临床见习教学方法研究

目的探讨七年制急诊医学临床见习教学方法。方法对七年制急诊医学临床见习采用PBL结合计算机模拟教学的方法，设计急诊常见的急性冠脉综合征、上消化道出血与心肺复苏病例，比较见习前后效果，调查学生对教学方法的评价。结果应用PBL结合计算机模拟教学见习后，学生在急性冠脉综合征、上消化道出血与心肺复苏方面的成绩明显提高（P〈0．05）；98．3％的学生喜欢PBL结合计算机模拟教学法。结论采用PBL结合计算机模拟教学方法是七年制临床教学改革中的很好尝试，可以提高学生的学习兴趣，加深知识的理解和记忆，促进实践能力和团队精神的培养。

Teaching method in emergency education of 7-year medical students during clinical practice

Objective To study teaching method in emergency education of 7-year medical students during clinical practice. Methods 7-year program students during clinical practice were taught by PBL combined with computer simulation teaching and the teaching contents were acute coronary syndrome,upper gastrointestinal bleeding and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The outcomes of theoretic examination,technique examination and teaching effect investigation were analyzed. Results After clinical practice,students＇grades in acute coronary syndrome,upper gas- trointestinal bleeding and cardiopulmonary resuscitation were improved obviously （P〈0.05）.The PBL combined with computer simulation teaching method was approved by 98.3% of students. Conclusion The use of PBL combined with computer simulation is a good attempt to reform in 7-year program clinical teaching. The PBL combined with computer simulation teaching method can encourage the students＇study interest,improve their comprehension and memory of knowledge, and elevate their ability of practice and team spirit.
