摘    要:在基于劈尖干涉的激光波长测定装置中,通常采用傅里叶变换精确求解干涉条纹周期的方法来得到入射激光的波长。为了快速探测几种专用激光波长,本文提出了数字滤波器法。该方法是从离散傅里叶变换中推导出数字滤波器迭代公式,运用迭代公式设计出不同波长所对应的数字滤波器,由数字滤波器的输出可实现激光波长的快速探测。实验表明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:In the equipment of measuring laser wavelengths based on optic wedge interference, the incident laser wavelength is obtainable with the derivation of interference fringes period by using Discrete Fourier Transform, which needs the equipment operate a period of time. In order to reduce the operation time, it is presented in this paper that the special laser wavelengths are quickly measured through using digital filters. By the iterative formula of the digital filter derived from Discrete Fourier Transform, the corresponding digital filters for the special laser wavelengths are designed, and the wavelengths are measured quickly. Experiments show that the scheme is effective.
