| 摘 要： | 针对我国住宅性能认定的重要性,对住宅性能认定制度进行了概述,并对住宅性能认定与建筑规划设计进行了分析,探讨了《住宅性能评定技术标准》对住宅规划设计的启示,从而为住宅设计提供指导和依据。

| Abstract: | In light of the importance of housing performance evaluation in our country,the article illustrates the housing performance evaluation system,analyzes housing performance evaluation and building planning and design,and discusses the inspiration of housing performance assessment technical standards on residential planning and design,in order to offer guidance and basis for residential design. |
