| 摘 要： | 分析住房抵押贷款保证险可提高贷款抗风险能力,促进住房抵押贷款的发展。引用期权定价思想对住房抵押贷款保证险作了量化的分析,分情形分析了住房抵押贷款保证险定价问题,就保险公司外部和内部环境提出了一些风险防范的建议。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes that mortgage guarantee insurance could increase the ability of resist risk and promote the mortgage development.The thinking of option pricing quoted have a quantify analysis to housing mortgage loan guarantee.And the auticle analyzes the pricing of the housing mortgage loan guarantee insurance,and puts forward some risk prevention recommendations for the external and internal environment of the insurance company. |
