摘    要:建立了同向旋转三螺杆挤出机计量段实际流道真实尺寸的三维非牛顿模型,利用ANSYS软件中的FLOTRAN CFD分析功能对该流场进行数值模拟,分析了振动力场作用下挤出机计量段内的黏度分布、压力分布、速度分布以及振幅对流量的影响,同时与无振动状态的挤出特性进行了比较。研究结果表明:振动力场的引入使熔体黏度和流量呈周期性变化,熔体黏度降低,螺棱两侧压差随振幅增大而增大,剪切作用增强,分散性混合能力和分布性混合能力提高。

Abstract:A three-dimensional non-Newtonian model for the flow field in the metering zone of a co-rotating tri-screw extruder was formulated, which was employed in the simulation through ANSYS/FLOTRAN CFD. The distribution of viscosity, pressure and velocity in the metering zone under vibration force field was analyzed, and the influences of vibration amplitude on the flow were studied and compared with those without vibration. The simulation results showed that with the introduction of vibration into the melt conveying process the value of viscosity and flow varied periodically, meanwhile, the shearing action increased, and then the viscosity of melt decreased and the effect of distribution improved.
