| 摘 要： | 在当前改革开放不断深化的形势下 ,作者认为目前小城镇总体规划的修编、调整和完善势在必行 ,就小城镇总体规划中存在的对区域重大问题研究不够深入、土地利用调整与控制不够强化等问题进行了分析 ,就小城镇总体规划深化的必要性 ,认识和体会及小城镇特色环境的创造等问题 ,结合工作实践作初步探讨。

| Abstract: | The author believes that it is highly necessary to update, readjust and promote the master plan of small towns. This paper discusses the problems in the master plan of small towns: The study on regional issues is not deep enough. The regulation and control on land use are weak etc. Then it analyses the necessity of further developing master plan of small towns and the identity building in small towns. |
