我院医用耗材成本控制在急性阑尾炎患者中的应用分析

目的通过探讨三甲医院医用耗材成本控制在急性阑尾炎患者中的应用,提出医院医用耗材成本控制体系,进而加强对医用耗材的管理,节约医疗资源,减轻患者负担。方法统计2017年3月至2017年12月我院普通外科65例急性阑尾炎患者医用耗材应用情况和临床治疗效果;2018年1月至2018年9月期间,对医用耗材进行精细化管理,比较前后医用耗材使用情况和临床治疗效果。结果与成本控制前比较,成本控制后医用耗材使用总量显著降低:(1085±198)元vs.(1547±203)元(P<0.001);治疗总费用降低:(7338±912)元vs.(7948±848)元,(P<0.001);医用耗材占总治疗费比为14.79%,明显低于成本控制前的19.46%。医用耗材成本控制前后两组患者治疗效果并无差异(P>0.05)。结论通过精细化控制医用耗材使用,可以有效降低急性阑尾炎患者医用耗材消耗情况,节约医疗资源。

Application Analysis of Cost Control of Medical Consumables in Patients with Acute Appendicitis in Our Hospital

Objective To discuss the application of medical consumables cost control in patients with acute appendicitis in tertiary hospitals,and put forward the cost control system of medical consumables,so as to strengthen the management of medical consumables,save medical resources and lighten the burden of patients.Methods From March 2017 to December 2017,65 patients with acute appendicitis in our hospital were enrolled in this study.From January 2018 to September 2018,medical consumables were carefully managed to compare their usage and clinical effects.Results When compared with before cost control,after cost control,the total amount of medical consumables was significantly reduced(1085±198 vs.1547±203 rmb,P<0.001);the total cost of treatment was reduced(7338±912)rmb vs.(7948±848)rmb(P<0.001),and the ratio of medical consumables to total cost of treatment was 14.79%,significantly lower than that before cost control(19.46%).There was no difference in the treatment effect between the two groups before and after the cost control of medical consumables(P>0.05).Conclusion The consumption of medical consumables in patients with acute appendicitis can be effectively reduced and medical resources can be saved by fine control of the use of medical consumables.
