烧伤后C-反应蛋白与补体间变化关系的动态观察

摘    要:连续测定30例烧伤患者的CRP及总补体、C_3、C_4,我们发现CRP值的增加和补体的降低与烧伤面积及烧伤深度有关。组织创伤或感染越严重,CRP值越高,上升越快,补体下降的幅度越大,消耗的越多。补体的消耗与血清中CRP的存在及浓度有关,并且补体的消耗是通过CRP激活补体的经典途径进行的。似乎C_3旁路也被激活。CRP的上升和补体的下降幅度可预示病人的预后情况。

Abstract:Concentrations of C-Reactive protein (CRP), hemolytic complementand C_3, C_4 in 30 cases of burned patients were determined serially. We observedthat the increase of CRP and the decrease of complement were related to the areaand degree of burns. The severer the tissue trauma or infection is, the higher andfaster the CRP increases and the lower the complement decreases, the more thecomplement consumes. The complement consumption is related to the presence andconcentration of CRP in the sera. The complement consumption is carried out byCRP to activate the classical pathway of the complement system. It seems that C_3activation pathway is activated too. The increase of CRP and the decrease ofcomplement may serve as prognostic signs of the condition.
