水雷作战效能评估方法设计

为了更好地评估水雷作战效能,运用WSEIAC提出的武器系统效能评估ADC模型,结合我军水雷装备的作战使命、任务以及组成结构,分析了其有效性模型、可信赖性模型以及能力模型。运用系统工程理论建立了能力评估指标体系,利用改进的层次分析法设计了指标权重的计算方法,分析了评估指标隶属度的确定方法。实例证明,此方法可有效评估水雷作战效能。

Design of Combat Capability Evaluation Method for Mine

For the better evaluation of the combat capability for mine weapon,using the ADC model putted forward by WSEIAC for weapon system＇s effectiveness evaluation,combining with the operational mission,composition and structure of mine,the availability model,the dependability model and the capability model are established.The evaluation index system of the air-to-ship missile weapon systems＇ combat effectiveness is established by applying the system engineering theory,the calculation methods of each layer index weight are designed by applying the improved analytic hierarchy process.The methods of ensuring membership of index are designed.This method can effectively evaluate the combat capability of mine weapon to the real application proof.
