| 摘 要： | 结合国外对临床实习医生开展循证医学实践的见闻,比较分析了我国对临床实习医生培养的特点,通过介绍循证医学的概念与思想,提出在临床实习医生中开展循证医学训练的必要性,认为在临床实习医生中开展循证医学训练有助于提高临床医学教育的水平和临床实习医生的素质,使临床实习医生在临床知识的学习中变被动的知识吸纳为主动的自我教育,并受益终生。

| Abstract: | The paper makes a comparative analysis of the characteristics of clinical interns training in our country based on the practice of based-evidence medicine training for clinical interns in Britain. It introduces the concept of evidence-based medicine and discusses the necessity to develop based-evidence medicine training for clinical interns. We believe that this practice can help improve clinical medicine education and interns' clinical ability, meanwhile, make them have the initiative to learn instead of passively getting knowledge, which will bring them lifelong benefit. |
