| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐渐建立，电力价格必须适应市场，走向市场，建立科学、合理的电价形成机制。而迄今为止采用的会计成本定价方法已不能适应电力市场发展的需要。边际成本定价理论已被国外的实践证明为是一种对社会，对电力企业都行之有效的一种方法。本文以某电网作为研究对象，对边际成本定价理论和方法进行了探索性研究，研究表明，该定价方法理论先进，科学，具有推广应用价值。

| Abstract: | The power tariff has to fit in with the needs of market according to socialist market economy system in China.It is necessary to develop a scientific and reasonable price formed mechanism.The price fixing method by accounting cost is out of date as it has not been able to meet the requirements of power market.The marginal cost methodology has been proved to be an effective mesure to consumers as well as power supply enterprise.This paper presents a preliminary result,in which the marginal cost theory is used to determine power supply price.The study shows marginal cost method is not only progressive,but also practical. |
