摘    要:介绍了多次喷射对发动机性能的影响和压力波动对多次喷射油量的影响。以某型发动机用高压共轨燃油喷射系统为对象,在六个典型工况下研究了预喷+主喷和主喷+后喷两种喷射模式下主喷油量和后喷油量随两次喷射液力间隔的变化规律,分析了油量随两次喷射液力间隔变化的原因,得到的研究结果有助于发动机多次喷射策略的标定。

Experimental Research on Characteristics of Multi - injection Fuel Mass of Solenoid High Pressure Common Rail System

Abstract:In this paper introduces the effect of multi - injection on diesel engine emission performance and the influence of pressure fluctuation on multi - injection fuel mass were introduced, and investigated experimentally the law of the main injection fuel mass and the post injection mass varying with the hydraulic interval between two continuous injections under the pilot - main injection mode and the main - post injection mode respectively. They were conducted on the solenoid high pressure common rail system of a diesel engine.at six typical working conditions. The reasons for fuel mass deviation were analyzed. The acquired results are crucial to the calibration of diesel engine multi - injection strategy.
