An exploration on the issues related to the legal value of electronic medical records

The article exposes the influential factors of electronic medical record to legal value; it outlines the issues must be solved inorder to embody the legal value of electronic medical record, namely, 1. solution to the issues relating to design of standardized management;2. design of management to the time limitation of electronic medical record; 3. design of keeping correcting trace; design of warning function;design of electronic signature. Meanwhile, the quality and security system should be worked out to have a better solution to the legal effect/valueof electronic medical record. It also explores the issues on the digitalized signature based on digitalized certification attesting center in the future.
