高压氧治疗脑梗死临床疗效分析

目的 观察高压氧联合常规药物治疗脑梗死与单纯使用常规药物治疗脑梗死的临床疗效.方法 治疗组采用前瞻性方法在对照组单纯使用常规药物基础上加用高压氧治疗;对照组采用回顾性对比的方法进行对比现察研究.结果 高压氧治疗组总有效率96.5%,治愈率43.1%,有效53.4%,无效3.5%,对照组总有效率74.5%,治愈率19.3%,有效55.2%,无效25.5%.两组疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 高压氧对脑梗死患者具有良好的治疗作用,其疗效确切肯定.
