摘    要:为了研究冲压工艺对汽车零部件结构性能的影响,以某汽车零件的局部抗凹性能为例,利用数值模拟技术研究了冲压工艺对汽车零部件结构性能的影响。比较不同条件下测量点处的位移可以发现,考虑冲压工艺时测量点处的局部抗凹性能较优。研究结果表明,冲压工艺对结构局部抗凹性能有显著影响,评价零件结构性能时考虑冲压工艺影响将提高评价精度。

Abstract:In order to investigate the influence of stamping process on the structural performance of auto parts,it was simulated by taking the local dent resistance of auto parts as an example.By comparing displacements of measuring points under different conditions,it was found that the local dent resistance was better when the stamping process was taken into consideration.Results show that the local dent resistance of auto parts is greatly influenced by the stamping process,and the consideration of stamping process...
