胺碘酮对充血性心力衰竭合并室性心律失常QT离散度的影响

目的：观察胺碘酮对充血性心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者的疗效及QT离散度的影响。方法：观察68例充血性心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者服用胺碘酮的疗效及治疗前后QT离散度（QTd）的变化。结果：应用胺碘酮治疗后,室性心律失常明显减少,有效率88.86%;与治疗前比较,QTd显著性缩小（P〈0.01）。结论：胺碘酮能有效治疗充血性心力衰竭合并室性心律失常,并使患者QTd缩小,从而预防室颤和心源性猝死的发生。

Amiodarone on Congestive Heart Failure with Ventricular Arrhythmia QT Dispersion Effects

Objective：Observing the effect of amiondarone treatment for the syndrome of Congestive heart failunction and ventricular arrhythmia and the treatment for the effect of the QT dispersion.Methods： Dosing the patients for amiondarone for four weeks,observing the effect and comparing the change of revising QT dispersion before curing and after curing.Results： After application of amiondarone,ventricular arrhythmia discreased apparently,the percent of the efficiency arrive at 88.86%;OTd reduced remarkably（P〈0.01） compared with the patients without curing.Conclusion：Amiondarone can not only cure syndrome of Congestive heart failunction and ventricular arrhythmia effectly,but reduce the QTd of the patients,in order to prevent ventricular fibrillation and the happen of sudden cardiac death.
