新疆中学教师亚健康状况比较分析及对策研究

运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等方法针对新疆各族中学教师健康状况进行了调查．结果表明：新疆中学教师亚健康的现患率为69.57％．各族教师亚健康现患率依次为：维吾尔族、蒙古族、汉族、柯尔克孜族、哈萨克族、锡伯族．各族教师心理、躯体，社会适应性亚健康现患率均有不同．并根据教师健康情况提出预防对策．

The Research on Sub-health Condition of Secondary School Teachers in Xinjiang and the Countermeasures

By using the methods of literature research,questionnaires and expert interview,the paper studies the health condition of secondary school teachers from all nationalities in Xinjiang.The result shows that the rate of sub-healthy secondary school teachers in Xinjiang amounts to 69.57%.The rates of the sub-healty secondary teachers from different nationalities are in sequence of Uigur,Mongolia,Han,Khalkhas,Kazak,and Sibo nationality.It also shows that differences exist among teachers from all nationalities in different aspects such as their psychology,their somatic factors and their social adaptation.This paper,based on the health condition of the teachers,offers some precautionary measures.
