| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经的可行性和临床意义。方法 43例乳腺癌患者在行腋淋巴结清扫时,游离并保留腋下脂肪组织中的肋间臂神经,术后测试上臂内后侧的感觉功能,观察其效果。结果 41例成功保留肋间臂神经,术后上臂内后侧感觉异常发生率为4.9%(2/41),3周后症状消失,经1～4年随访,未发现局部复发和远处转移。结论乳腺癌改良根治术中腋淋巴结清扫时保留肋间臂神经可明显减少上臂内后侧感觉障碍的发生率,减轻患者的心理负担,提高乳腺癌患者术后的生活质量,且不增加局部复发和远处转移的风险。
