高瓦斯矿井特大型火区抑爆技术研究及应用

摘    要:针对白芨沟矿特大型火区范围广、冒落空间大、区内火与瓦斯共存、地表漏风严重等特点,采用了水封进风巷道抑爆技术、地面钻孔大流量注三相泡沫灭火技术、部分地方注入凝胶、大流量氮气等灭火抑爆技术,彻底扑灭封闭空间达1000万m3我国建国以来的最大火区,防止了瓦斯的再爆炸,全面恢复了矿井的生产,创造了显著的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of the fire zone of Baijigou Mine such as wide range,large space,fire and gas co-existence and a serious surface wind leakage,explosion prevention technology of water sealing into the wind tunnel,the fire extinguishing technology of ground drilling for large volume injection of three-phase foam,plastic and large flow of nitrogen into some places are adopted to completely extinguished the largest fire zone of a space of 10,000,000 m3 since the founding of new China.The furthe...
