摘    要:激光熔覆过程中,激光扫描速度是直接影响熔覆层质量的重要工艺参数,只有当激光扫描速度小于熔覆临界扫描速度时,才有可能实现熔覆过程.文中以熔覆层与基体交界处的点的温度计算为基础,分别利用传统经典焊接理论和有限元法对激光熔覆过程中的临界扫描速度进行计算.计算结果表明,有限元法得到的临界扫描速度更接近实际情况.
