芩栀胶囊抗炎、镇痛和解热作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究芩栀胶囊的抗炎、镇痛和解热作用。方法:口服给药,选用冰醋酸致小鼠毛细血管通透性法、扭体法、二甲苯致耳廓肿胀法、热板法和酵母致动物发热法进行试验。结果:芩栀胶囊可明显抑制醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加(P<0.05或P<0.01),减轻二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀(P<0.05或P<0.01),降低热刺激小鼠的痛阈值(P<0.05),对抗干酵母致大鼠、内毒素致家兔的体温升高(P<0.05)。结论:芩栀胶囊具有明显的抗炎、镇痛和解热作用。

Abstract:AIM: To study the anti-inflammatory,analgesic and antipyretic effects of Qinzhi Capsule(Radix Scutellariae,Fructus Gardeniae,etc). METHODS: Qinzhi Capsule was taken orally.The experimental methods were as follow: abdomen capillary permeability in mouse induced by actetic acid,mouse ear swell induced by dimethylbenzene,mouse pain threshold induced by heat stimulation,animal fever induced by yeast to rat and endotoxin to rabbit,et al. RESULTS: Qinzhi Capsule could inhibit markedly the increase in abdomen capillary permeability in mouse induced by acetic acid(P<(0.05) or P<(0.01)),lessen mouse ear swell induced by dimethylbenzene(P<(0.05) or P<(0.01)),decreae mouse threshold induced by heat stimulatipn(P<(0.05)) and antagonize animal fever induced by yeast to rat and endotoxin to rabbit. CONCLUSION: Qinzhi Capsule possesses the anti-inflammatory,analgesic and antipyretic effects.
