| 摘 要： | 通过对K18D型煤炭漏斗车上直齿圆锥齿轮在制造、使用中存在的变形、起皮等质量问题的分析,提出采用正交试验方法来改变有关工艺参数搭配,从而提高了直齿圆锥齿轮质量。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the quality problems about distortion and delamination of spur bevel gear on coal hopper wagon K18D, this paper suggests making use of Orthogonal Test to optimize the collocation of related technological parameters, and then improve the quality of spur bevel gear. |
