某市小学生手足口病知晓率调查

目的了解某市在校小学生对手足口病的知晓情况。方法采取单纯随机抽样的方法，从广东省某市随机抽取5所小学，每所小学的各年级各随机抽取8人，对他们进行手足口病知晓情况的问卷调查。结果共调查小学生238人，平均年龄（10±4）岁。手足口病的知晓率为18％；手足口病传播途径的知晓率为28％；手足口病的知晓率高年级比低年级高（X^2=8.3，P〈0.01）；手足口病传播途径的知晓率，高年级比低年级高，县级学校比镇村级学校高（前者X^2=15.2，P〈0.01；后者X^2=6.0，P〈0.05）；饭前便后洗手预防手足口病的知晓率最高，达46％；小学生获取手足口病相关知识的途径主要通过老师、电视和家长。结论某市小学生对手足口病的知晓率低，应加强其宣传教育。

Survey on Awareness Rates of Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease among Primary Scholars in A City

Objective] To study the awareness status of Hand -Foot -Mouth Disease （HFMD） among primary scholars in a city.Methods] Five elementary schools from a city in Guangdong province were selected by simple random sampling. Eight students were sampled randomly from each grade in the five schools. Questionnaire on the knowledge about HFMD were conducted among the students. Results] 238 primary scholars with the average age（10±4） years were investigated. The awareness rate of HFMD and the route of transmission of HFMD was 18% and 28% respectively. The awareness rate of HFMD in high grades was significantly higher than that in low grades（X^2=8. 3, P〈0.01） . The awareness rate of the route of transmission of HFMD in high grades was significantly higher than that in low grades（X^2= 15.2, P〈0.01） , and that in county schools was higher than that in town schools（X^2= 6.0, P〈0.05）. The awareness rate of washing hand before meal or after using the restroom to prevent HFMD was the highest with 46%. The primary scholars acquired the knowledge about HFMD mainly from their parents, TV and teachers.Conclusion] The awareness rate of HFMD among primary scholars in a city was low, and the health education should be carried out thoroughly and deeply.
